Rental Rates and Policies:

• Minimum night stay is 4 nights.
• A damage deposit will be collected in advance and returned pending inspection after check-out. 
• Additional charges include a cleaning fee and tax applied to rental rate. 
• The minimum age limit to rent is 26.  Guests under the age of 26 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Though the roads are plowed regularly, a 4 wheel drive or AWD (All Wheel Drive)  vehicle is recommended during snow season.
